The static archery range is typically used for archery practice and archery events. This range has a set firing line with frames that bags can be hung on at 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, and 60 yards. It is the perfect range to fine tune your skills and grouping at different distances.
The brand new 20 station walk through course is just shy of 1/2 of a mile long at 868 yards. This course offers challenging life like shots between 10 yards and 65 yards. With upward and downward angle shots, as well as challenging shots through oaks and pines. This is a perfect course for a family to come out and enjoy quality time together, or an archery competitor to come practice for their next archery shoot, or the avid hunter who wants to prepare for their next big game hunt!

Every guest 18 years of age and older must read and sign the online Waiver before they are allowed onto the NRA Whittington Center. For those younger than 18 years of age a parent or legal guardian must complete the form and sign it on their behalf. Waivers must be filled out once a year every year on or after January 1st.

Shooters can take part in competitive shooting, rifle and pistol silhouette, bullseye disciplines, and even black powder muzzle-loading rifles.

All Whittington-U courses are taught on 360 degree ranges where dynamic movement, defensive posture and the fundamentals of pistol marksmanship are emphasized.
