The NRA Whittington Center’s Long Range Precision Rifle (LRPR) Course builds on the foundation and fundamentals taught in Precision Rifle (PR) Course. Students are encouraged to apply everything they have previously learned and put it to use. The Long Range Precision Rifle Course focuses on advanced ballistics calculating and application to engage targets from 100 to 1760 yards, and beyond. Students will learn how to range targets at unknown distances. Learn to calculate and engage high and low angle targets and explore alternate shooting positions.
Long Range Precision Rifle is designed for beginners and experienced shooters who wish to expand their knowledge of ballistics and hone their marksmanship skills. This is the perfect course for shooters looking to enter the world of ELR Light Gun and Hunter class competitions, or those who want to join the One Mile Impact club.
Your Success is Our Mission
